Yes, absolutely! This is one of Ruth's strong points whether teaching in person or online! As long as you have your camera angled properly, Ruth will be able to see if one hip is slightly higher than the other or if you need to slide your shoulder blades down etc. Receiving corrections is so important with something like Pilates as slight adjustments can make all the difference to you feeling the exercise in the right way.

Yes! Ruth's classes are multi level. All the exercises can be adapted to suit different levels or accommodate minor injuries. It's important to listen to your body and if any movement doesn't feel right just stop so that Ruth knows to give you a modified movement.

No. You can switch between different days & time slots as long as you book in!
